N-channel: SI2304DS is the sweet spot for 3.3V/5V logic - 35mΩ Rds(on) handles 2A continuously. SI2300DS is only needed for 1.8V logic where the slightly lower Vgs(th) matters.
P-channel: AO3407 outperforms SI2305DS in every spec (30V vs 20V, 4.2A vs 3.5A, 35mΩ vs 45mΩ) at roughly the same price. Default to AO3407 unless you already have SI2305DS in your BOM.
